Meal Ordering

Rules for Ordering and Providing Additional Meals

This service is available on charter flights from Astana, Shymkent, and Aktobe.

Pre-ordering of meals is available for a valid ticket, no later than 24 hours before flight departure.

If you voluntarily change your date or flight:

It is not possible to transfer or change an already placed meal order.

If the flight is changed due to the airline's fault (forced transfer):

If the airline has rescheduled your flight and is unable to provide the meal you pre-ordered, you are entitled to a full refund.

On the main page www.sundayairlines.kz, select the bookmark

Additional services for the flight


And select the "Order food" section

Enter the required passenger details

Next, go to your booking details and select "Add services."

Select the "Additional Meals" service

If you have multiple people in your booking, please select the person you want to book meals for.

Next, you'll see a menu for selecting meals. Save your desired items.

Next, you'll be taken to the payment section for your order. Check the "I have read and agree" box and click the pay button.

Next, you'll be redirected to the payment system. Enter your payment card details and click "Pay." A payment receipt will then be sent to the address you specified.

Congratulations, your order has been successfully paid and added to your reservation.

You can check all additional services you have added and paid for by going to your booking through the "Additional Services" section and entering your details.

 

Refund of prepaid meals

If your flight was cancelled and you were unable to use the paid pre-order meal service (additional menu), you can request a refund.

Return Policy:

  • Refunds are only issued in the event of a forced refusal to depart due to flight cancellation.
  • Refunds are NOT provided in the event of voluntary cancellation of the flight, changes to the details of the air ticket, or in the event of a no-show (being late, not complying with immigration or other regulations).

How to process a return?

Please note that the airline does not provide cash payments at the airport or on board the aircraft. Payments must be made online.

Please send the following documents to onr@scat.kz:

  1. Receipt for payment of food services.
  2. A copy of the boarding pass with the stamp of the Airport Security Service.

In the body of the letter, be sure to include the passenger's full name, airline ticket number, and contact information.
