Ordering food
Purchase rules:
Pre-ordering meals is available if the booking is made in advance, no later than 24 hours before departure.
Rebooking is not available.
In case of voluntary rebooking less than 24 hours before departure, the order will be canceled and the cost of the order is non-refundable.
In case of involuntary rebooking due to the airline’s fault and if the pre-ordered meal is not provided, the cost of the order may be refunded upon request by contacting onr4@scat.kz.
Refund policy:
To request a refund, you must contact the point of purchase of the service and provide a copy of the boarding pass stamped by the Security Control Service.
The airline does not issue refunds at the airport or on board the aircraft.
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- involuntary refusal to travel due to flight cancellation;
- failure to provide the meal.
Refunds are NOT issued in the following cases:
- voluntary cancellation or change of the airline ticket;
-passenger’s failure to board (lateness, non-compliance with migration or other requirements, etc.).
