How to book a tour package on the website

  1. Select your payment currency in the top right corner . All your further transactions will be calculated in the selected currency.
  2. On the main page of the site go to the ‘Tours’ section or click on the ‘Selection of tours’ section. In the window that opens, fill in the ‘from-where’, departure dates, the approximate number of nights and the number of tourists. The programme will select the best tours in terms of comfort and cost.
  3. You choose the hotel that suits you. Study it in detail: tour details, hotel description and price calendar.
  4. Fill in your name in Latin as in your passport, date of birth, gender, passport data, upload passport photo.
  5. Specify contact details and payment method.
  6. Important! You can pay for the tour by card or cash in the office of the Airline.
  7. After booking the tour you will be contacted by the tour manager.
  8. Your order will be waiting for confirmation from the Tour Operator, after confirmation of your order, your manager will contact you and provide information about your order

Cancellation policy

Can I cancel my tour package or charter ticket?

Yes, it is possible to cancel a tour. There are different penalties (from 0 to 100% of the price) in each individual case. The conditions depend on the date of the tour, time of cancellation, reason for cancellation, tour operator, whether the tour included non-departure insurance, etc. Please check the details with your manager.
