You can purchase seats in the additional services section on the website - Select a seat on the airplane:

Window and aisle seat - 15 USD
The seat in the middle - 10 USD
Seat in the Business cabin - 100 USD 
1st row- 40 USD
2nd and 3rd rows - 30 USD
Emergency rows - 30 USD

I want to change or return a selected seat on an airplane. How do I do that?

What can I do if I have problems with bank card payment?

Order payment by bank card may not go through for the following reasons:

you don't have enough money on your bank card;
your card type does not support online payments;
incorrect card data (card number or expiration date or CVV/CVS codes).
Payments may also not go through because of your bank's limit on the amount of daily payments. You can contact your bank's specialists to resolve these issues.
